Many Courses, Many Wines, wine and food pairing, Enjoy Inn

Close to 100 guests enjoyed seven courses of superb Vietnamese cuisine paired with wines from the Nardone Baker range, under the guidance of wine connoisseur, Michael McCann.

The pairings were as follows:

Brut Cuvee - Stuffed Crab Claws
Chardonnay - Steamed Duck with Mushroom Sauce
Cabernet Merlot - King Prawns with Bok Choy
Cabernet Sauvignon - Beef with Fresh Vegetables
Shiraz - Salt and Pepper Pork Spare Ribs
Sparkling Shiraz - Chilli Chicken with Vegetables
The Wara Manta Reserve Shiraz - Sizzling FIllet Steak with Black Pepper Sauce.

The evening was organised by John Nguyen.
