A wonderful selection of fruit enabled us to produce this
rich, classy wine with nice length and structure.
A bouquet of lifted fruit notes and a touch of leafiness,
heralds a deep dark solid wine that has enjoyed subtle oak
integration.
The well-bodied palate with long, savoury tannins give this
rich, flavoursome wine good persistence and will continue to
improve with careful cellaring for up to five years.
The good texture and spicy influence of this Cabernet
Sauvignon will be best enjoyed with game, lamb and roasts.

nardone baker Cab Merlot,
Coonawarra and McLaren Vale, South Australia, 14.5%
|
Made from 86 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon and 14 per cent
Merlot, the fruit for this wine was plump, ripe and full of
juice. As a result, we have been able to craft this wine in a
softer style to suit those seeking a refreshing, fruit-driven
Cabernet Merlot blend.
The bouquet is driven by raspberry from the Cabernet
Sauvignon.
The soft finish of smooth Merlot gently balances the
persistent berry influence from the Cabernet Sauvignon against
a very subtle hint of mint and plum.
This pleasant, flavoursome wine has good persistence and
will continue to improve with careful cellaring for up to five
years.
We recommend matching this wine with succulent beef, lamb
and roast dishes.

Langhorne Creek, South Australia, 14.0%

This Chardonnay is a lovely wine and one of our personal
favourites. Grown in low-yielding vineyards across South
Australia, it is softly mouth-filling, rich and ripely
flavoured.
This wine boasts a delightful bouquet of vibrant tropical
fruit and mellow peach.
On the palate, this fresh, clean, buttery Chardonnay shows
good complexity and a soft, creamy texture with a long
lingering finish free from the influence of oak.
This wine is of an easy drinking style that can be enjoyed
now with seafood, poultry, spicy Asian dishes and curries.

RIESLING,MCLAREN VALE, South Australia, 12.5%
|
The sandy soils and cool sea
breezes of McLaren Vale have conspired through some natural
alchemy to produce this pale gold Riesling, generous in
flavour and length.
Sprightly aromas entice you to a
well-balanced palate where bright acid heightens enjoyment of
lime and lemon flavours across a landscape of subdued mineral
characteristics.
We love pairing this wine with
Salmon, Shrimps/Prawns and lighter Chicken dishes, or simply
chilled as a long summer drink.
